I've been using an older iPhone model, and I think it's time for an upgrade. I went to the Verizon Duarte store, and even though there was only about 1.5 hours left before closing time, Jonathan R. helped me out. He kindly explained the different models and plans I was interested in and even assisted with the data transfer. I was really satisfied with the service and would highly recommend him.
