Stay far away from this store unless you’re buying a phone or making a payment. That’s all they do here. No technical help at all. They only complained that they had no mobile or computer service at all. I left feeling very frustrated. Had to go to the store in West Monrovia.Tatiana was an absolute angel and got all my issues resolved, including connections. I’ll be going here from now on.
I've been using an older iPhone model, and I think it's time for an upgrade. I went to the Verizon Duarte store, and even though there was only about 1.5 hours left before closing time, Jonathan R. helped me out. He kindly explained the different models and plans I was interested in and even assisted with the data transfer. I was really satisfied with the service and would highly recommend him.
