AWFUL! It took 7 months and 47 million phone calls to get my rebate gift cards from switching over. Then im told I cant use my gift cards to pay the Verizon Visa card I had to get to save $60/ month on my bill. Verizon is by far the worst company I've ever worked with. They like to put you on hold and then just hang up. The store in Oconomowoc IS NOT a corporate store so they can't do anything to adjust your bill. Im switching back to AT&T asap.

UPDATE: After posting a review of my unpleasant experience at the Delafield Verizon store last week, I received a call from the store’s senior manager, who was extremely pleasant and helpful. She was not in the store when it happened. She apologized for the treatment I had received and offered me a credit that more than reimbursed me for the costs I incurred. Went with a quick 5-10 min question. Was told there would be a 30min wait. Cool, no problem. Ended up waiting for an hour. There were employees standing around doing nothing. Was not given any update, and no one spoke to me, beyond the initial time estimate. Super irritating, all I needed was like 5 minutes.
