I don't understand the negative reviews about this store. Nick R. is one of the best customer service reps I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. He was so incredibly kind and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. Him and another Nick helped me with some issues regarding a trade in and helped me save a substantial amount of money on some subscription services I was paying for.
