I don't understand the negative reviews about this store. Nick R. is one of the best customer service reps I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. He was so incredibly kind and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. Him and another Nick helped me with some issues regarding a trade in and helped me save a substantial amount of money on some subscription services I was paying for. Very disappointed with the service at this location. Both Nick R and Chris were unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable from the start. I came in to buy a new iPhone and was questioned about my valid ID and old address like I was being investigated. I’ve had a personal Verizon account for 8 years with 7 devices, yet they pressured me to switch to a more expensive business account.
