at this location they don't know what they are doing my husband's phone still didn't have any service when the guy Chris i think was his name say he would have service in 4 hours pass and he still didn't have service for a whole day we had to take his phone to another Verizon store. we were helped by heather and Chris i felt she didn't know what she was doing and ask questions like if the kids were my husbands which was weird question since they are biracial and felt unprofessional. Went in today to switch over from cricket and there was an issue with my phone being locked and Bella was an absolute rockstar and stayed late to make sure we got it all sorted out. Additionally she was just so welcoming and helpful, ive been to a few stores between different companies and she was just hands down the best at what she does, she went above and beyond.
I tried to buy an upgrade from a iPhone 13 Pro. But you can't do that without going through upsell after upsell attempt by the rep. I don't blame the young lady that was trying to help me because that is what she is trained to do. This is my third attempt to upgrade my phone here in the past year. Each time I've walked away confused and frustrated. It's time to ditch Verizon. Their coverage sucks anyways.
Claire was honestly hilarious. We only popped into Verizon for like 5 minutes just to see if they had phone belt clips, and she greeted us right away and was instantly a vibe. She helped us super quick, but the best part was her sense of humor. My man wanted the belt clip for your phone and she immediately goes “now you just need some New Balances” and I completely lost it laughing. The best part was I said the same thing to him a few days ago when he intentionally brought up wanting a clip. 10/10 personality
I would like to come in Chris, claire, and especially Nate who helped me with my Android today at the store. I know you don't give them a day off with pay but they deserve it.
