I was recently in this store Wil was helping us his customer service was wonderful he was very helpful and kind.
Went in to get a standard sim card change (not new service). The 19 year old kid added a 2nd phone number to my account without telling me. He told me he had been working there for about a year so I doubt it was a "mistake". Now I'm out $15. Not very forthcoming from him
Yesterday I went in to update my old S-7 phone and Tony waiting on me. I told him I'm old school dealing with all this new fancy stuff. He understood and was very helpful and patient with me. I'm very happy with his service and my new phone.
