We went in expecting that we would have to battle dragons and instead we dealt with Vi the manager who was a knight in shining armor! He helped disconnect 2 lines that we got at the fair, found that we were being charged for two upgrades on Netflix that we NEVER received. He was amazing and this is the reason that we have been loyal customers for over 24 years.
Would be a 5, but the checkout devices refused to finish the process. We had to use 4 kiosks.

Wil was great in helping me set up new service. He is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable of Verizon’s many products and services and always makes sure that the customer is happy and knows exactly what costs and features of their devices will best fit their needs. This is one of the most helpful corporate Verizon locations and one of my favorite parts of being a Verizon customer is the great staff and understanding representatives like Wil.
