I gave this place three stars because the people I talked to at the store were very professional and helpful. However, I am extremely disappointed with how my network issue was handled. My phone that I haven't even used for a year started to have a network issue. I walked into this location on a Monday and they told me that because I had the warranty, I would be able to get a replacement for free. I "will be" receiving the phone by Tuesday night.
