I mistakenly went to another non-corporate location that attempted to charge me for physical assistance and asked me for account information that had nothing to do with my issue. This corporate store helped me quickly and without cost to me. They didn't try to make any changes to my account. Fast, efficient, friendly service
I am very disappointed with Verizon’s service. My phone internet is not working properly, and I am experiencing ongoing connectivity issues. I visited a Verizon store to resolve the problem, but unfortunately, they did not provide any effective assistance.
