Associate was not much more knowledgeable than a regular person on account sign up issues, he frequently said I don’t know and I guess. Had better experiences at other Verizon’s in the area.
Had a 30 min wait, but I was a walk in. He fixed my "no ring" problem and got the ringer sound to work.
I went in for some help on my phone because I’m having trouble with space and everything I had in my Gmail was wiped out the girl they’re only made it worse now I can’t get anything in my phone and every time I call a number it does nothing for me. It won’t just send me back to the store so that I can talk to someone I can’t get a real representative to talk to and I have been with Verizon for years.
