i’m not sure what is the point of having a physical store if they do nothing in it. i have come to this location 4 times just this year for various things (upgrading device, returning, starting a new line) and every single time i have been turned away because they “don’t do that in store.” just do it all online, the stores are useless.
Salesman here will tell outright lies about the fine print in their promotions. Tell you that there’s a rebate if you purchase the phone protection. Tell you that the upgraded phones are included in the “free” phone. Don’t believe it. I usually read the fine print for everything, I was too trusting for this visit. Two months later and you’re on the phone for hours with Verizon trying to untangle the mess.
PSA if you are looking for a great phone place. It’s right here screen was shattered and I was in and out with a new phone and everything switched over before yeti could make another tik tok. Will definitely come back here anytime I need help. Thanks cody
Associate was not much more knowledgeable than a regular person on account sign up issues, he frequently said I don’t know and I guess. Had better experiences at other Verizon’s in the area.
Had a 30 min wait, but I was a walk in. He fixed my "no ring" problem and got the ringer sound to work.
