I went in for some help on my phone because I’m having trouble with space and everything I had in my Gmail was wiped out the girl they’re only made it worse now I can’t get anything in my phone and every time I call a number it does nothing for me. It won’t just send me back to the store so that I can talk to someone I can’t get a real representative to talk to and I have been with Verizon for years.
Ryan has TERRIBLE customer service, don't shop here unless you want to be blamed for their mistakes!!!!
Walked in earlier in the day to ask about an issue with my phone. They put me on their waitlist and said there were 3 people ahead of me and would text me when it was my turn. I never got a text. I went back after work to find a lobby full of people with no associates to be found. Would not recommend this verizon store.
Manager has addressed the issue so I am making this edit. Once a resolution has been received by their corporate office customer support team(s), I will adjust to five stars. Thanks again for your help!
