Ordered a phone online and they day I got it, it started out fine but after two hours it was stuck on hello screen and getting hot! I brought it to the store and the manager and employee was super helpful, got me fixed up and awaiting a new phone! Thank you Verizon for the awesome customer service and amazing support!
