Had the best experience at this location today. The manager was super sweet and helpful. I didn’t catch her name. We spent hours at Best Buy trying to solve an activation issue on an iPhone. She had us in and out in less than 10 minutes. Will always be returning to this location now. Thanks again for your help! 🙂

I don't know why when you call the number attached to this site why you can't actually reach anyone actually in the wyomissing office. I need to speak with someone actually at the wyomissing site that was supposed to call me back. How are you supposed to get through and not just get connected to someone from a random office
Having some major Verizon Issues went to this exact store 2 weeks ago and spoke to a very helpful gentleman wish i would have gotten his name. Returned to the store today as a result of the problem not being solved and was unfortunately I got the "store manager" who had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. the guy should not be running a store!! EDIT: Now a very happy T-Mobile Customer......if i only knew at the time this was the first example of 3 months of the worst customer service ever experienced
