We ordered phones on Saturday for locker pickup and received an email saying the order should be ready in less than 2 hours. Saturday passed, no updates. Sunday they open at 10 but I waited until noon until I started to pursue what was happening. 4 hours later, I've made 15 calls to the store with no answer. Three calls to 800-verizon where we were repeatedly transferred to wrong departments and into very long queues a few times, but no one had any answer besides go to the store to see the status. Non existent customer service. Don't order online for store pickup here. They dont process them and won't answer the phone.
