Best place for your phone services. Great service .
I do not recommend setting up business service at this location. Rob sold me the $10/line bring your own device plan with $2.47 in taxes and fees for each device. My first month's billed was over double what was expected. Rob said that he would make it right, but the next month the bill doubled again. During the sales phase Rob was responsive to questions. Since the sale, he has not responded to my questions and I have been forced to cold call him at the store, but even that has been ineffective. Back to T-Mobile for me.
False pricing and horrible customer service
Went in today to buy a new phone and switch out an old one. Kyle C was our sales representative and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He wasn’t pushy in any way and went out of his way to make sure we understood all the details. Very pleased with his service.
