There’s an employee there name, Robert Aguilar, and there are not enough stars to give this man the credit. He deserves for the patience, kindness and intelligence that he has when it comes to Verizon phone services and the products they provide. Whenever I become frustrated and agitated, he takes care of the situation quick fast and hurry. It’s almost like never even existed. This man has to be your most valuable employee. And if he’s not y’all better change that quick fast and in a hurry. 10/10

I've had Verizom for over 10 years with no issues. I liked them because of how reliable they where. Here this past year though I've noticed anytime I'm in a major city, where you would think coverage would be top tier it is not. My 5g barely works and I struggle to get w connection ro do anything. If I can use my service in a major city then how can you claim to be one of the most reliable networks? Very frustrating
