This review was initially one-star, in reference to the completely worthless automated phone tree that provided no option to speak with a human even after 3 failed attempts at answering my question. I am raising the review to three stars after a recent visit in person. My phone had stopped connecting to cords, and was old enough (iPhone 12) that I figured it was time to replace it.
