Went their for staff to help me resolve "user issue" with my phone. Very helpful. Deleted an app that continuously popped up every few seconds. No wait time...they took care of me as soon as I walked in. Very nice, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Verizon Wireless as a whole is a complete joke. We have been trying to return a router for over a month to no avail. My next and last option was to go into the store to do this. They would not help me return the item. The way I was treated was grotesque!!! Go somewhere else with your business. Verizon is the very last place I would go!
Tyler and his coworker helped me so much with my bricked phone. They made a very stressful situation feel a lot more manageable, and made sure they found the best solution for me.
Aside from having Verizon cancel my pickup order before two days were up (3 is what they are supposed to give you) and having to spend an entire hour on the phone before even going to the store getting that fixed, I get a rep who says they will set up my phone for $30 without explaining that anyone could do it at home (good thing he forgot to charge me).
