David and Donovan were incredible people and helped me so much, originally I went in not knowing what to expect but I wanted to weigh my options; I decided to return that evening and David was still there (he had helped me earlier in the day) he had Donovan take care of me and then David even helped me further. Truly the sweetest man and I'll give them a 5 out of 5 every time! 🤌🫶

I went in yesterday with a broken phone after dropping it the night before and completely busting the screen. Half of my screen was black, so I was worried I’d lost everything. I’m not sure how they did it, but they were able to transfer everything onto a new phone for me! I believe the guy who helped me was David, and he was absolutely awesome! He was so helpful and made the whole process so much easier than what I was anticipating. He definitely deserves a raise! Highly recommend!

More than exceptional service here. They helped me so much. Im trying to send my 5G Internet Modem back. After 2 hours on the phone trying to get a return label and being charged $303.00 for this. They helped me within 5 minutes of me being there. Again, thank you so so much. You made my day. I didnt get her name but she was awesome. She had a safety pin as an earring. My daughter did this too. I love it. She didnt make me feel stupid at all.

I have had nothing but issues with Verizon for the last few weeks. One of my phones screen went white. Verizon sent me replacement since I paid for insurance on all four lines I have with them. A few days later the replacement stopped working! I went to the both stores in my town they said its a bad phone call tech support have them send a new phone again.
