Definitely a Superior phone store and it's people
After 16 years, they told me to go find another carrier. They used to be a good company not anymore. Now they’re just sad.! I’m sure everybody that works for Verizon are very nice people they just work for company with a billing department overseas. That speaks perfect English, but understand absolutely none of it and can’t help you with a damn thing oh and the excellent employees in the store they can’t help you with a damn thing either they’re just there to look pretty and sell your junk
They absolutely know what they're doing. That's why I love going there especially if you have Verizon through them. I told him what was up with my phone and he knew exactly what to do and fixed it. So got problems with your phone? That would be the place to go man. I've always had good luck going there and they fix my phone. This would be the one on Mount Vernon Ave.
