My mother went in yesterday to simply spin off her phone number from an existing account. Do not, I repeat, do NOT come here to set up a business internet account. Im pretty sure his name is Anthony but he is the most incompetent human being Ive ever met in my life. I thought working with a local rep instead of calling the 1800 number would be easier and boy was I wrong. Anthony (their business account "expert") had me for 4 hours while I was at work trying to set up a business internet account.
