Summary: I'm switching to a Nothing phone and Mint Mobile. Full review: Don't go here. We waited an hour, only for the person helping us to repeatedly lie to me about math. Genuine, actual lies. I had to keep pushing back on the lie that "THREE lines are cheaper than TWO." We only needed two lines! Assistant Manager Yajaswi went above and beyond to troubleshoot a mistake I made bringing in the wrong phone to trade-in. I spent hours on the phone with Verizon, while he was quick and tenacious. I am always debating changing carriers, but he has earned my loyalty as long as he is working there.
