Super slow staff, constantly attempting to upsell customers. If they stopped upselling the line would go a lot faster
As Verizon stores go, this particular one is definitely one of the better ones. Noor was the specialist who helped us. He was a very congenial, polite, patient and knowledgeable person. He spent a lot of time with us but when it was all done, we walked out as two satisfied customers. We have been to other Verizon stores in the area but in my experience, this one tops them all merely by their competent staff. Thank you, Noor, for your attention to our needs! Cierra was an absolute goddess. Got my phone fixed in less than 10 mins while juggling multiple clients. Mad respect.
