I didn’t even buy a phone or anything but I walked in the store and asked for help pairing my Garmin watch to my phone and they fixed it within 20 seconds. I tried for 2 hours. Plus no charge. Awesome service
Great in store experience
The employees at this Verizon store were friendly, yet professional. Every single employee I met was pleasant. I was there helping my older, somewhat tech challenged sister get a new phone and to lower her monthly payment. The young guy we worked with was incredibly patient and helpful. He reduced her monthly payment and got her a phone that suits her needs. Verizon offers many good deals.
Helped me port my number from straight talk and they were super cool people. Customer service 10/10
Went to pick up my order that was supposed to be in the pick up locker. Store opened at 10am, showed up at 12:30pm, no phone in the locker, waited 15min before I just asked where my order was- because nobody offered to check me in. then waited another 45min while they “packaged” my phone up. Had my 4 month old with me because it was supposed to be a 5min pick up but turned into an hour
