Aaron was so very helpful! He got me almost $1000 more for my trade in than what I was quoted on-line!
They need more employees, and the employees need to actually be allowed to do the things we need them. So many took so long because they have to call someone else with you to cancel and make changes. We've waited 45 minutes for a simple password reset. I cannot understate how much this makes me want to cancel my account. I don't recommend verizon to people anymore because of stuff like this.
