I waited over an hour watching employees walking back and forth to the back. In the meantime 5 people were waiting some were leaving before there name was even checked in I am here hour and no check in for me either ….still waiting…not a good look for Verizon worst service I have ever had here!!

Employees better learn to keep their hands to themselves.
We went there to try to get new phones on a business plan, but we were stalled for months due to their employee Kevin doing what seemed like avoiding our calls and attempts to get in contact with him to get a phone plan. We had to go to a new location just to get a new plan because Bloomsburg was so unbearable. Fast forward a few months and now we are having issues with an extra plan being on our account that we never purchased. Would not recommend going there.
