Pretty unpleasant experience recently. Asked the customer service agents if I could pay off my phone and transfer my number and they just brushed me off. Turns out the highlands ranch team was able to help me in a matter of 10 minutes. Happened on 04/03/25 @ 6 PM MDT.

I was given misinformation the first time at this store and told my bill would only go up around $20/month adding a new line. It actually increased more than $40/month. I went back in to the store with the original quote sheet and was just told that it was wrong and they’re not sure why the previous employee told me to add the line to solve my broken phone issue. Buyers BEWARE! Read this before starting service with verizon at this location. This place hires crooks and thief's, and the managers do nothing to make sure this can not happen , come to find out months later after i have been over charged $180 a month when i was supposed to be paying $45 a month... a commission sales rep at this store went into my account and double charged us for phones that we already paid for with trade in promotions and $400 on a credit card to cover the difference.
