Yesterday I made appt. at Verizon on El Camino to help with some questions. Issac was my service person. He spent a lot of time removing some issues from my account, ordering an item and answering a lot of my other questions. I've been using Verizon for 19yrs. This young gentleman is definitely an asset for your store, and I know will be helpful and patient with all his other customers. It was a pleasure!

I went to go activate my new iPhone 16 Pro. The first representative who helped me told me there was a fee associated with activating and transferring data to my new phone. I was naive and stupid and said “OK” because I didn’t know what I was agreeing to. Then that representative left before he managed to even properly get the transfer started.
