Hilarious. I owed money from when my phone was hacked...so I came in and cleared my name...after going over to a t and t. I paid $3,046.03 on a past bill from the fraudsters. I paid in cash...but, I was 3 cents! Hahahaha. short so they used my debit card to charge 3 cents on my visa card!! A T and T is a nightmare! I liked Verizon....
Easily the worst service I ever experienced. Was “next” in line but waited one hour while 3 staff members took a break and one staff member talked to her customer about dogs while syncing for 45 minutes. Will be switching to other provider.
Isaac was excellent! He helped us upgrade multiple phones while transferring lines and walking us through all the different plan options. So patient and knowledgeable! Will definitely go back because of him
Came for what I assumed it would be an easy pick up of my order. Off the Rip nobody greets You, nowhere to check in. Finally speak with staff and very cold attitude didn’t have any knowledge on what was the reason my order wasn’t processed and to come back later. Second visit same day again no greeting or someone to inform you of a wait time. Once a staff was available same conversation of they not knowing what was the reason the order was not being processed faster or at all. The staff here does not make you feel welcome ha... read more
