I am beyond frustrated trying to get my issue resolved. I have been a Verizon customer for over 22 years. Over the last 22 years I have purchased many devices from this particular brick and mortar branch. On Jan 30, 2026 I entered the Encinitas Verizon store to purchase a new iphone 17 Pro. These guys are not helpful or personable whatsoever. They told me they couldn’t fix my carrier issues so I went to another Verizon store and it was no problem. Save your time and don’t come to this store.
Hilarious. I owed money from when my phone was hacked...so I came in and cleared my name...after going over to a t and t. I paid $3,046.03 on a past bill from the fraudsters. I paid in cash...but, I was 3 cents! Hahahaha. short so they used my debit card to charge 3 cents on my visa card!! A T and T is a nightmare! I liked Verizon....
