I'm still being charged for a network extender that I was told to return to store back in July. It's now September and this store has yet to return the Network Extender. They told me they would send it back no problem. I will be coming in soon and requesting to speak with a manager because this is unacceptable. I've called Verizon who confirmed the network extender has yet to be returned. While I am still being billed for something I returned to the store as requested.
The most exceptional customer service we’ve experienced through our time with Verizon. The employees at this store were forthcoming, knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly. I will be continuing to visit this store for any of my future service needs.
When we upgraded our phones. They said we'd be able to keep our plans, disney plus etc for the same price. They neglected to tell us that they were changing our disney plus to include ads even though we always had ad free. We honestly didn't notice until a few months later when the kids were asking why they couldn't download any disney shows or movies as we prepared for our trip. This verizon location in carmel is the reason. They lowered our subscription without asking or offering to keep us ad free. Thanks carmel Verizon!
The guy just wanted me out, didn't take any importance to my need of new Internet and phone
got a i phone 17 and traded in my old phone and greg was very helpful! Greg is the best
