My phone stopped working before it was paid off. They said I needed to pay off my old phone and then trade in my old phone to get the "deal". I have been on the phone for over 25 minutes with a person overseas that I can't understand and he can't figure out how to send me a label to send in my old phone. The person is incompetent. After an unfortunate incident where my phone went through the washing machine, Dalton and his team jumped into action. They quickly arranged to have a new phone overnighted and went above and beyond to help with transferring all of my data from iCloud seamlessly.
