I want to commend Rob for his diligent and generous service to me. After a trip to Europe, my phone would not send or receive calls while in my car. He easily spent two hours with me and even called Verizon tech on my behalf and facilitated our interaction. In addition, he worked hard to find me a very competitive deal on a phone and plan should I decide to upgrade.
I came into get internet services for my apartment. Alyssa was phenomenal in helping me out. She made the process smooth and convenient as possible. Alyssa is such a great rep to have on the team.
