I went to this store yesterday to upgrade a phone. I was somewhat apprehensive as my last experience a year ago was not good. This visit was the total opposite! The manager greeted me at the door and had Connor work with me. He did a great job answering my questions and worked to get me the most cost effective solution. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Great customer service this time!

Just purchased two brand new IPhone 17 Pro Max phones and was told to bring them back once I received them in the mail and they would take care of setting them up and process my trade in. Today I drove to the store and not only did I receive attitude from the customer service representative he also informed me it would be $30 a phone to set them up! What a waste of time and aggravation for a loyal customer! I guess that’s the customer service you can expect from this location!

I want to commend Rob for his diligent and generous service to me. After a trip to Europe, my phone would not send or receive calls while in my car. He easily spent two hours with me and even called Verizon tech on my behalf and facilitated our interaction. In addition, he worked hard to find me a very competitive deal on a phone and plan should I decide to upgrade.

I came into get internet services for my apartment. Alyssa was phenomenal in helping me out. She made the process smooth and convenient as possible. Alyssa is such a great rep to have on the team. She honestly made my day a lot brighter. Thanks Alyssa for all or your amazing customer service . Great job verizon! Alyssa made me feel as if I was family. Way to go!
