A $30 dollar fee to switch a phone over?! Really?! This store charges for everything! It’s insane! What happened to good old fashion courtesy customer service especially for an iPhone 16 pro max. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here at the store. They need to hire a new guy in the front with better customer service. I felt racially profiled for being Mexican.

Be prepared.Always a long wait for customer service. Been there twice in last month and one was 45 minutes the other over an hour.

Manny at the La Quinta Verizon store was an absolute lifesaver! After dealing with confusion and unhelpful service at the Indio location, Manny went above and beyond to help me unlock my SIM and finally get my service working again.
