No customer service, no patience, kids think they know everything….maybe something about phones but nothing about helping people!!!
A $30 dollar fee to switch a phone over?! Really?! This store charges for everything! It’s insane! What happened to good old fashion courtesy customer service especially for an iPhone 16 pro max. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here at the store. They need to hire a new guy in the front with better customer service. I felt racially profiled for being Mexican.
