I had issues transferring my number back to Verizon, and unfortunately had to come into the store multiple times to get the things resolved because I couldn't get help over the phone with Verizon. Mark, Edgar, and Cesar all helped with ordering a new phone, dealing with the transfer issues, and getting my phone number successfully ported over. Overall, everyone I met with in store was extremely helpful, and made the transfer way less stressful. Thank you so much!
