Had to get 3 new phones. Eli gave us excellent service and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless transition. This was the best experience I've ever had dealing with cell phone stores.
My wife and I recently bought 2 iPhones 18 from Verizon in Monterey, Ca. the person who waited on us was Kamana. He was fantastic- informative patient and fun. He made it so easy. Explained our options and helped us transfer info and set up new phones. i highly recommend him.
I have been a customer for 11 years and the service as of recently has significantly changed. Saalim Scott and Bradley took the experience to the next level. Both were able to help with a request that no one else at this company has been able to help with for over a month. Jay helped me out today, making it easier to help my father administrate his account. Customer service was fantastic. I had been frustrated with the call center and AI phone assistant. Jay and the other in store staff really helped.
Jay was AWESOME!!! He would not STOP until our app problem was solved. My wife was very happy. Verizon is Lucky to have Jay.
