The best service ever
I had to switch to Verizon because I was about to lose my phone number with AT&T, and she went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, making sure I was able to keep my number. She made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. Excellent service
I had a great experience switching my family’s phone plan over to Verizon at this location. Everyone in the store was friendly, but I especially want to give a shout out to Rod. He worked with me over two separate visits to accommodate my work schedule, and both visits ended up going past closing time. He was easy to talk to, very patient, and willing to go over the plan details with me multiple times to make sure I understood everything.
