Jay helped me out today, making it easier to help my father administrate his account. Customer service was fantastic. I had been frustrated with the call center and AI phone assistant. Jay and the other in store staff really helped.
Jay was AWESOME!!! He would not STOP until our app problem was solved. My wife was very happy. Verizon is Lucky to have Jay.
