Horrific experience thinking about leaving Verizon because you can’t get help they don’t pick up their phone and expect you to come from miles away screwed up and then got no follow up help because they won’t answer the phone do not recommend

I recently had to get a new phone and add a line. I’m not tech savvy at all! Luckily today Tempest was there!! She gave excellent customer service and was extremely patient and knowledgeable about all of the Verizon plans and products. She got me all set up and gave me an easy to follow set of instructions for my two new phones!! Thank you so much Tempest for being patient and providing me with stellar customer service! * This location is handicap accessible and has very clean customer restrooms if needed.
Cannot thank the staff enough for their help today! I run a small business and cannot run it without my phone. Haley got a new sim card working in my replacement phone and another gentleman (didn't catch his name) helped me navigate getting logged into my email without a password. I am a complete basket case when my tech stops working, and I cannot thank them both enough for their patience in getting me as far into the process as possible.
