I went to store December 9th after hearing about a promotion about trading in my phone, Verizon paying off the existing balancing, and getting the new iPhone 17. The associate helping me, Dylan, went over my account and explained all of the current deals that Verizon was offering due to the age of my existing plan. Decided to up grade my phone. I called on Thursday 11/14, spoke to PJ, set an appt up for 1 p Monday11/17, with him. I made an appt due to how busy this location is. I arrived at the location at 12:55 pm. I was greeted at the door, provided my name and stated I had an appt with PJ. The greeter pointed to PJ and told me he was with a customer and would be a while,then, he said there is another customer ( family multiple people) that also had an appt with PJ at 1p !?!?!?!?
