Incredibly fast service. I switched my number from an old phone to a new one in about 5min. Recommended.
Extremely confrontational with my fiancé in the store over upgrading a phone the same way we have done it every single year for the past 10 years. We can do exactly what I was asking to do online however I didn't want to wait the 5 days to receive my device. She had to call me to better explain the situation and the guy didn't give me a chance to start to explain and started speaking over me, then hung up on me. We will be switching to at&t tomorrow. Hard to comprehend how bad customer service has gotten.
1. They clearly have no clue at all what they are doing at this location. And 2. When you walk into the store, it is a very uncomfortable feel right away, and that's IF they even realize you walk in, because half the time whoever is supposed to be checking people in is nowhere to be found so you end up having to fight for a spot whenever someone does decide to check people in. Everyone in the store was starting their encounters saying the same thing, " i was here yesterday and..."
