We came into replace a phone and that was said from the start. The guy brought out a watch and iPad without the phone to try and sell us that after being told no we didn’t want anything else. . He continued to try sell us things we didn’t want and had a little attitude the whole time . He and another staff went to the back for a few minutes because he was dealing with another customer who was having issues and he didn’t seem to care or want to be helpful. Staff not very friendly. Been very disappointed with this location. We made changes to our account in-store with their assistance, and for the next six months we were charged double across both our personal and business accounts. We’ve been patient trying to get it resolved, but every time we follow up, we’re told someone will “look into it” and get back to us. That never happens.
