Very disappointed in what the sales people have done with my business account. Terrible internet deal that I was unable to return and horrible customer service from the Verizon reps. Terrible business practices, stay with your current provider
PJ is a wizard. He was very clever and patient while navigating changes and updates my recently-widowed mother's account. The changes made were extremely beneficial and his rapport with an older generation was commendable.
Frank did a fabulous job. He took the time to explain everything with my new phone. I am very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. I made a new friend today !!
