We had great customer service! Alec could not have been more friendly and helpful.
I had a " phone issue" that caused me to panic because I AM A CAVE MAN .I took my phone into the store ,and a young man named Ricky took care of the issue in about 2 minutes .He was very professional, and knowledgeable, and had a very calming demeanor. I hope all of your employees are as efficient as he is .Thanks for making an old man not feel stupid, and taking care of the problem

I went to store December 9th after hearing about a promotion about trading in my phone, Verizon paying off the existing balancing, and getting the new iPhone 17. The associate helping me, Dylan, went over my account and explained all of the current deals that Verizon was offering due to the age of my existing plan.
