Great customer service
I typically don’t like to put bad reviews for places. Unfortunately this time I have to. My dad and I went to inquire about opening a new account. I work two jobs and my dad a has a full- time job, so it was quite hard to plan a time that works for both of us to go together. I went here to open 2 new lines because my dad had mentioned to me how he had a great experience with a certain Verizon agent at this location. Mind you, I live 30 minutes away and could’ve EASILY went to a different Verizon closer to my house. However, I love to support places that show an exemplary customer service. I went in to activate 4 lines and Eddie was real helpful, he did a real good job I was thinking I’m gonna be there all day but no Eddie did everything in like 40 mins , very good customer service.
