I really can’t give them any stars. Went in the store to purchase a new 17e phone. The places me on a prepaid for one mone then put me on another plan for more money with a paid off phone locked. Tried to get some answer all week from them and customer service and got no where. Went Clermont and Matthew was a big help. Now my phone is not locked and I am a happy person. I would not recommend this store. Carol M
