Worst store drove 35 miles to resolve a issue with my phone. They gave me a customer service number to call as help and 5 employees on their phones doing nothing. They were using fowl language. Very useless . contracted stores are more. Thank you for the hard ass wood chairs & 1 star customer service. They are also talking sexual talk infront of me and other customers. I just would like to give kudos to a fantastic customer service representative that helped me in your store. He was very kind. Patient helped us out tremendously. I cannot say enough number one about the store. We have to travel an hour to get there and number two Salvador Indorato was very kind and helpful. As an elderly person, it’s nice to have someone that doesn’t make you feel like you’re stupid. I hope that his supervisor treasures his wonderful abilities as a customer service agent. Update 8/27: both the general manager of the store and the Director of the Tampa area reached out directly to correct the account issue and offer their apologies. I do think this was an isolated incident and appreciated the genuine nature of their phone calls to get things fixed. I tried calling the store first to speak with a manager before leaving this review, but couldn’t get anyone to answer, so I’m leaving it here instead.
