Every time I am in this store they have remodeled.
Nicole is the absolute best! She has been in this industry for years not only am I one of her customers. She is one of my customers as well. She always make sure I have what I need at the price I can handle no matter how much work it took for her to put in it to get that price. She is loyal. She will help anyway she can. She is very personable with her customers. She genuinely cares ask for Nicole.
The manager Danielle and her team have it so well run at this store it continues to amaze me and shock me when I have to visit other locations and experience abysmal service. Her team and her were positively delightful, YET AGAIN, in their ability to take care of my needs for something that was extremely simple that another store that we were at in Orlando could not do. Horrible employees ...once the know there's no commission involved they treat you like garbage
Get rid of AI it’s not easier it took me 25 extra minutes on the phone trying to speak to a live person because it was nothing the AI could help me with. We will be switching to another provider yall have gone from decent to very very bad.
