I have to say I switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon a month ago and it was a great decision. Not only is my bill significantly lower, but I was able to upgrade 4 phones on my plan. I have to mention I want to give a special thanks to Matt. He is amazing and always has been. He’s always available when I call with any questions, even on his breaks (thanks Matt). Went to get a new phone and we're in and out of there in record time. Great and fast service.
I went into the store on November 12th and knew what I wanted exactly ( iPhone 17 pro max, Apple Watch Ultra 3 ) I was told I would have my new watch and phone by Thanksgiving if I paid the amount and order it on November 12th. My watch came in two days after I ordered and payed a amount of $185 to the store.
