I had an incredibly frustrating and unhelpful experience here with Malcolm. I was looking to trade in my iPhone for a new one and was immediately met with hostility. Rather than being advised and helped on how to upgrade, I was rudely told that what I believed was wrong, and told to figure it out myself then talk to him again.
