We went to this store to trade in a phone, no appointment but they had us check in. They were not very busy at all. We were given a 10 minute estimate. It took close to an hour for someone to start the process, we told him exactly which phone we wanted and that we didn’t want to change our data plan. I went to this store for an upgrade on an existing phone. The salesperson did not listen to what I wanted. Sold me a plan that was not needed and more money. I had to spend two hours on the phone with Verizon to fix what the person did. In the long run, the person on the phone corrected the billing, which would have been $10 extra a month. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesperson. Poor customer service!
The guys in the back need their attitudes checked. One don’t greet me with what’s up, then look at me super annoyed while I tell you what I’m there for when you’re literally just looking at a tablet and then tell me to give you some time. With that being said the associate on the floor that overheard should get a raise for taking care of me right away.

I came to Verizon for a better deal. They took my old Samsung phone. I got 3 phones from Verizon as an upgrade that will be paid $50/phone/month for 2 years. It turned out to be 3 years. At the end, I paid $1,800/phone in addition to losing the money from the old phone I turned in for supposedly $800. My bill was around $420 for 4 lines before I reached out to Verizon to find a way to lower the monthly payment. The next month, they charged me $301 but the month after, the bill went up again.
