Terrible. Very dishonest employees and management.
Store looks great, but the associates leave something to be desired. Literally so unhelpful I just packed up and went to the Milford location.
I went in today because I was in the area. No appointment, but asked one of the 5 people working if someone would be able to help me. One employee said yeah let me go get them and went out back. I waited over 10 minutes with no return. While 3 other people were out front without customers offering no help.
Four customer service reps in the store and the sent me to the computer to pay my bill, after I expressed that did not work last time. They told me that they themselves do not take payments. Wondering why four people work there if not one can help me.
