Went to this store on Sunday afternoon,after been to 3 other stores that did not help . so grateful for Yesenia , she went above and beyond helping us She was incredibly kind and helpful as a customer service representative. I wished there were more people like her . Highly recommended her service to everyone!
DO NOT GO HERE! I went from AT&T to here, prob won't save much $. They entered wrong phone info. I filed an insurance claim and couldn't do it as one of my 3 iPhones with Verizon had wrong info. My local Verzion would not work with me since KC KS is where I purchased. Pathetic! You had 1 job. I had to buy a new phone because you know you have to work and speak with family.
Had a long wait . . . One team member noticed us standing around waiting and did not approach us and wandered around tapping on his ipad. Shout out to team member Walter who did help us when available.
