Leaving a 2 star so it’s not deleted. This store took in a STOLEN Apple Watch for a trade in, sent it back to their warehouse and will not give my watch back. I’ve shown proof that it is indeed mine, I’ve called wi the their customer care 5 times and their fraud department 3 times. They said they would need the THIEF’s permission to give me MY watch back. -100/10 do NOT recommend this company at all. I will be posting this all over to get the news out there.
Someone needs to give Jessica a raise. She is amazing. I had the most frustrating experience at two other Verizon’s stores and when I got to Jessica I was completely done with Verizon. She literally took control of the situation and rather than sending me to someone else to fix my problem she walked me step by step to the solution. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the outstanding customer service I received at this Verizon store absolutely warrants it. I visited the store at two different times and had the pleasure of interacting with two separate representatives, Kyle and Tristen. Horrible service. I walked in today seeking assistance for something that I’ve gotten previously at another location the same year. Basically got pushed out the door. Both the associate and what I assume was the manager just whispered amongst themselves to come up with a convenient excuse not to assist me. Very lazy and distasteful.
