I was a victim of fraudulent activity that resulted in an error with my physical phone. I was directed from one verizon store in the area to this verizon store outside the Fairfield Mall. While the issues I had with my verizon account were out of the scope of the corporate store, the manager, Sarah and in store verizon associate, Krystal were extremely helpful in problem solving and having my issues resolved with Verizon Wireless the global company in order to have a functional device.
