I was attempting to order a phone case on Verizon online, but the online store would not allow me to complete the checkout due to some website error. I went to the store to see if they could order directly and they told me to keep trying online or maybe call customer service. I am not sure if this is truly store policy or was driven by the fact my issue was potentially a low dollar sale vs potential to sell a more expensive item such as a phone or plan to one of the other customers.
Tristan and Dylan went above and beyond assisting me in relieving a headache. I’d upgraded at a franchise store and couldn’t process an exchange within my 30 day window. Mind you- I did not know some Verizon stores were privately owned. My bill had ridiculous charges and I’d honestly felt defeated talking to the manager at the franchise store as well as customer service. I was ready to leave Verizon. I always have such a great experience with the staff here! ALEX today was AMAZINGLY AWESOME and was even able to save me a little money! I love this store ! It is soooo convenient! Nice interaction with a person and not dealing with being on the phone with “customer service “!!
