My son and I went in there today to possibly upgrade his phone. We talked with Ashton and he was very helpful and informative and helped clear up some information about our plan. I usually have to take a deep breath before I go into the store because I have not had great experiences in the past however, I will definitely go back and ask for this young man. He was very very helpful.😊

I walked in and there were 0 customers and 4 workers. I presented an issue and received 0 possible solutions and that it should just be accepted. Very low effort.
