Dennell was such a gem in helping me with everything!! Being so far away from home and doing this adult stuff for the first time was rough, but his help really truly was appreciated!!! Highly recommend this Verizon store and people :)
Ive been a verizon customer or 19 years and i experianced some of the worst customdr service ive ever had. The stores can no longer help with anything but selling you a new phone. Everything goes through some place overseas where you can barely communicate with the people from customer service.i had the wrong phone shipped to me and it took me about 2 weeks on the phone every day for at least 2 hours to funally get it fixed. I wluld seriously consider going to a different provider for my next phone
