Alymbek was so helpful and patient with my dad and I. He helped us with a complicated request and was able to help us with an upgrade, and my dad wanted my old phone. We were able to save so money going on to a new plan. He also explained each monthly plan to us so we could all choose based on the current promotions what would be the best deal for us. He also spent time helping us both set up our new phones. No pushy upsells. Just pure honest salesmanship and tech know-how.
I come to the store little bit angry because of my plans go up , but after I spoke with customer and help me out, I left the store happy

Nice clean store. A few customers being helped. Walked in and was not greeted no number system all 5 reps saw I was waiting. Another customer walks in and knew the reps and was attended to immediately. Terrible service. Made up my mind that I'm going to T-Mobile
