I’ve been in this store many times as a customer and always had a horrible experience. The final straw for me was when they sold me a BRAND NEW iPhone 16 Pro Max several months ago now, but the second SIM was assigned to someone else’s account, so I had two numbers on my phone. One was mine and the other was to someone else’s account. It took me filing complaints with the FTC, CFPB and a few others to get Verizon corporation to set in and replace the phone.
