Verizon hires liars! BEWARE I came into this Verizon store to add a new line and was told that a phone protection plan was mandatory and could only be removed after six months. The representative who assisted me, Ramon (who stated he is the store manager), insisted that this was a recent policy change. Recently switched from AT&T to Verizon. Stopped in the Hoffman Estates store just to get some information - but ended up walking out with five new phones! Angel and Doug were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. The switch went smoothly overall. I did run into a couple minor issues with some phone functions, but went back to the store and Angel quickly resolved everything. Great customer service and a very positive experience!!
