This company does not value your time or your dignity. I was quoted a price from a manager at this location and my bill was double or two and a half times what they quoted me. I had to drive in 7 times to a store and 6 or 7 phone calls to customer service and every time I was either gaslit and told the problem would be fixed at the arrival of the next bill, but when the bill came it was still at the same price. *Updated review based on a conversation I had with the store manager. I went into the store to buy a phone and I was really adamant that I didn't want to do anything to change my bill as it is managed by my sister and I didn't want to give her any hassle. I almost walked out without doing that but as always, they try and sell you something so I was convinced to add on some services that would essentially be free due to credits added to my account.
