If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. I always try to see the positive, but there was absolutely nothing positive about my experience at this Verizon branch. After switching providers, customer service instructed me to drop off my equipment at my nearest Verizon store and said they could also help with my final bill. When I arrived, the employees told me they couldnt give me my final bill and they couldn’t take the equipment and that I had to go to UPS instead.... read more
I live in Avon, 2 miles from the store. I prefer to drive to Carmel. A lot better service friendlier.
Terrible service, GM not helpful and rather rude. If I didn't have to get my phone switched over, I never would have come. Still don't have my phone transferred as they require 5 step verification, and the store that was supposed to be able to help me (this one) can't/won't. Offering no support and no options. Basically SOL. Horrible service, horrible time and horrible company. Never should have switched.
People are great. Very helpful. Sadly the company is ridiculous.
