VERY deceptive Sales Tactics – Stay Away from Verizon Auburn Hills! I went into the Verizon store in Auburn Hills, MI because of a broken phone, and I walked out with a complete disaster. They lied to me repeatedly and completely ruined my account. I was promised a free iPad—instead, I was billed for it. I was sold an extra line and phone due to the supposed “promotions” of free iPad. Dave was the best! We came in with questions regarding our bill and were told to find a manager at a headquarters store when we called customer service. Dave was so helpful, he knew he could help us while we were waiting, overall made a very unpleasant experience a pleasant one for us! We wish that he was our phone services person forever! Dave is the BEST!

I can't say if the issue is the store or phone CSRs, but this company bounced me back and forth between phone and in-person company store several times. Apparently closing time is mysterious, line cancelation due to death is a mystery as well. What I do know is that between travel back and forth to a company store, phone calls etc. I have wasted 4 hours on something that I can't fathom taking more than 30 minutes to wait my turn and resolve. When my irriation got the better of me, the manager kept insinuating legal issues...... read more
