Trevon made the process seamless and enjoyable, ensuring everything was set up perfectly. He’s a true asset to Verizon, and I highly recommend him! Five stars for his outstanding service.
The lady with blond hair was terrible at customer service. She didn't want to serve me because it was too close to closing time. She would not even let the person with me to run and get my license and come back in. She reminded us when it closed when she approached us. She made it clear she didn't want to help us. We left and went with a different carrier. She needs some lessons in customer service.
