Went in the store to by my mother a phone and was told they don’t have any and Verizon was being bought out and that I’m more than welcome to try another store but it’s Verizon wide. Got in the car drove to Fayetteville and guess what they had tons of phones and had no clue about what the auburn store was talking about. Not kind of sketchy, really sketchy.
The gentleman (so sorry I didn't get his name) who helped me with my SIM card was so willing and able to help and resolved my issue quickly.
