Verizon sent me a defective phone. I chatted for over five hours on three different occasions trying to get a new 17. They claim they have none in stock. Tried to get me to buy a new one. They make these poor agents tell you whatever you want to hear, most of the time it is a promise That is not fulfilled. They are like every other Big company. Their customer service sucks. They don’t give a shit about you. Is it any wonder people nowadays go into a business with ill intent ?
