Please avoid visiting this location. They informed my husband that a $500 deposit was required for the iPhone 17 Pro Max. We subsequently visited another store on Clark Street, where he was able to purchase the phone for $130. The experience was unhelpful and deceptive; they even indicated he was approved for a $2,000 credit limit. I recommend avoiding Grant Street altogether and considering other locations in Waterloo and Clark Street in Auburn, which offer more reliable service.
They help me with the trouble I was having with an order.
Terrible customer service. Went to the store to pick up an order which they didn’t have despite a text and customer service chat stating they did. When they stated they didn’t have the device I asked for them to help me. With quite an attitude I was told they couldn’t because they were just “sales people” and since it was ordered online I had to contact customer service.
