Terrible customer service. Went to the store to pick up an order which they didn’t have despite a text and customer service chat stating they did. When they stated they didn’t have the device I asked for them to help me. With quite an attitude I was told they couldn’t because they were just “sales people” and since it was ordered online I had to contact customer service. These people are scumbags. I traded in a galaxy 2 years ago and was told it had a big rebate on it. Paid for just about all of my phone. Looked at what I “owed” on my phone and it’s somehow still like $800. I’ll be filing a complaint with the state because there’s no way that’s legal. Do not trust these people.

I've been having issues with getting a gift card situation taken care of for 2 days. They basically told me they couldn't help because I wasn't a cellphone customer. I'm a fios customer, but gift cards get handled by the cellphone side(per the salesman I spoke to on the phone) so yeah... They don't know how to do their own jobs. I don't suggest going to this location unless you want a headache.
