I was in the Auburn store yesterday and had the pleasure of being helped by the rep Sidney. Due to the issues I was having, I was in the store for almost 4 hours (not the stores fault). Even though it was extremely busy and she was bouncing around helping multiple people, Sidney was kind, attentive, and patient. I had my two young children with me... anyone who is a parent knows being stuck in a store for 4 hours with children is not fun. A full 5 STAR review for the Store Mgr John at the Auburn NY store. I have been slogging through attempts to improve both my Mobile Cell and FIOS plans- trying to optimize services and reduce costs. John patiently worked me through various options on Mobile and connected me with FIOS representatives. He also helped me tweak the plans/devices on my existing plan. He just exceeded my expectations in every way. Service is the name of the game and he fully understands that. Stop by and see John. He will not disappoint.

Can’t keep appointment times. I employees don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. Go to a different store.

Lost my IPhone 11 two days ago, we went to Verizon and had the pleasure to be served by Shane. Shane took our info as to what my wife and I wanted for new phones. After a short time Shane returned with two offers. We decided on two new IPhone 15’s with a great deal. Although Shane was new to Verizon and this store he did an outstanding job understanding what we wanted and delivered exactly what we needed in a very professional manor. Thank you Shane.
