Tech was wonderful. Amer weathered a 30 minute call to ATT and persisted. I would recommend him any time
I asked for a receipt and was advised they will bill you. Then was told he couldn't transfer info from one phone to the other , I was advised to take the Best Buy and they would transfer and they wanted $ 40.00 to transfer. Very poor cust service.
