Hard to say if I dislike Verizon or Apple more. Spent a thousand dollars on a new iphone and was told that Apple no longer includes all the necessary charging components with their phones. In other words, you can’t charge your new phone without buying an extra add-on. Do yourself a favor and consider any other phone service before choosing Verizon. Especially if you are swapping multiple lines like me(5 in my case)and driving 40 miles because your town only has authorized retailer's. Dont let the online deals fool you. Because no dang deal is worth quality of service I received today.. The customer service from immediately walking through the door was abysmal,but also the unprofessionalism, lack of integrity, and blatant disrespect for the customer. Verizon told me the reason why all of my search results are coming back to a state I have never been to is because I was a victim of an internet security breech, however they haven't done anything about it and all of my search results are coming back to the hackers location rather than my internet service address. I have been asking for help and agents have not helped me

I turned my phone off to reboot and when I turned it back on, the screen showed a bunch of gibberish. I took it into the Verizon store and the young man took one look at it and said he had no idea what was wrong and that I had broke it. He told me I had to take it to the Geek Squad or call customer service....hard to do with no phone. He was unwilling to help me. I took it over to Geek Squad and the fella there fixed it for me in less than 30 seconds at no charge. Evidently my phone had an update overnight and something happ... read more
