The customer service I received while helping my parents select new phones was okay, but not exceptional. The representative laughed when my stepfather expressed a desire to keep a “simple” phone. He’s 74 years old, and while I don't believe the representative intended to be insulting, the comment came across as dismissive. Sometimes, youthful arrogance can lead to a lack of empathy, which was noticeable in this experience.
Awful experience all around. They quoted pricing for 6 lines and new phone. I have it on paper and in text. Not only can I get anyone to call me back, I sat on customer service line for 3 hours and the manager hung up on me. I am cancelling my service and expect my phones that I traded back. I am betting they cannot get our phones back. So will be interesting to see what they do.
I strongly advise against visiting this Verizon Store location. Unfortunately, my experience here was overwhelmingly negative due to: - Incompetent and unhelpful staff - Extremely rude and dismissive behavior - Complete disregard for customer satisfaction I wasted valuable time seeking assistance, only to be met with indifference and unprofessionalism. The consistently low ratings for this store are well-deserved. Consider visiting a different Verizon location.
