Went in last weekend as my husband had lost his phone, I got an upgrade he got a brand new phone (iPhone 16) and we were told if he finds his old phone to come back within a month and get the credit for it. I visited store to make a line change to my business account and upgrade but that didn’t happen. Person checked me in then said I needed to start process of line change on via my phone while waiting for someone to help me. The process was not working as it was supposed to and they kept bypassing me in the line instead of trying to help me out with my issue.
