I showed up with a broken phone. They said my SIM card was locked. Not sure how that happened since I bought my phone from Best Buy and owned it outright. They had to send a notification to my phone to allow access. The phone was broken. We played around for about 30 minutes with no success. Went around the corner to Best Buy. Had a new phone set up and going in less than half hour.
All military, STAY AWAY I REPEAT STAY AWAY!!!!! They scam you, fake promises, misleading. Also when they admit on a record line they messed you’ll end up paying and fixing their mistakes. I have all the proof for that too. Will be filing a law suit claim. They change you plans without consent to pay higher

5 stars because I can’t do 10. Pierson was outstanding helping me and my wife with your new service! Very Patient and great on explaining everything for us. They weren’t upset or mad about us going 30 mins before they closed and even waited long after to get the service we needed. Great store
