Excellent customer service. I needed help with a new watch and changed my plan. Both Remington and Perceson were amazing. They answered all of my questions, and they took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Their service was some of the best I’ve had in any consumer transaction.
I went to another location first, where I felt that I was pressured into purchasing something I did not want. Later, I went to this Allen location, and the representative was incredibly helpful. I was able to resolve the issue quickly without any pressure to add additional services.
Marc was amazing! I’m very technologically challenged and he walked me through resetting my Apple ID. Without any issues. I’m upset I didn’t have cash with me to tip him. Stopping by the atm to go back though
