Marc Martinez, is a terrible person to work with at this store on Stacy Rd, , If your looking for help find another store in Allen or go online, Useless reps at this store including him, don’t be smartass to people next time, you never know who’s listening,
Had a problem. Remington listened, checked out my options, then completed and resolved my issue. It took a while, but he was patient and very gracious. Wonderful service. The best.
