Beware: Charged a non-return fee for an internet device I returned in store- never received my refund: Business manager Chris Robinson! I returned my internet box to the Stacy Road store location November last year and customer service charged me a $200 fee for non return. The managers Remi and AJ were fantastic. They were able to give me internet all the way out in Emory. No other WiFi providers could get to us in time. My sales rep Marc helped me so fast and really cared for my needs. If you’re needing better service or just great help. I highly recommend this store!!! Thank y’all!!!

Worst experience I have ever had in US, customer service is terrible and this person named AJ when she talks to us she acts like we are here for bugging not buying at the time I been with Vrison for 2+ years, we had to ask him the same question 4 times then she dosnt look at us and answers in one word! She wasted more than one hour of our time waiting she says I’ll take you in 30 minutes as there is other customer at the time 3 employees were there and only me and another customer! Worst worst worst experience ever 🤮🤮🤮
