My brother went and recently bought a phone and the sale associate added insurance without asking. he said he only wanted the phone and nothing else. He said the sales associate didn’t even mention insurance. I wouldn’t have known unless I checked my account. I understand you work on commission but adding things to a customers account without authorization is NOT OKAY.

I stood in the store for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. I came in to switch over from Tmobile. 1 phone and Internet for two homes, and nobody even greeted me. You just lost my business guys.

I may change my rating before this visit is done, but why don't you have more seats? It's a busy Saturday and you have multiple customers squatting on the foot and a half high windowsill waiting for their turn. This is an easy fix, Verizon. Edit- The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable and worked to get us there best deal on a good phone. We were out in 2 hours.

The staff is helpful, but how about getting some seating!!! We are 5th in line and have had to wait an hour (with other people showing up behind us) and there is literally ONE bench in the whole store. All other seats are at desks for customers being helped. So, after burning 20 minutes looking at display phones to try to pass the time, the only other option is sitting along the 6 inch wide window sill, 18 inches off the floor, hard metal.
