I've giving this location 5 stars only because of Kaylin and her customer service she gave us. Best associate I've ever dealt with in over 28 years. She was attentive, funny, informative and did exactly what we requested. The other guys there were dry as two day old toast.
We were customers until we went to this location. Looking to upgrade to new IPhones nice and easy. We had received texts from Verizon letting us know trade credit for new phones. We go there and start feeling rushed because we know what we want. We tried to slow things down because there wasnt any transparency.
