Micheael Sykes was very helpful made sure I received all discounts and promotions, super courteous and professional stellar service. Wilkins and Robert Wilkins assisted in the whole event was amazing thank you Verizon.
Purchased upgraded phones from this location. The service rep did not set up the account correctly, resulting in the insurance that I had been paying for to not be valid. When I tried to file a claim, the error caused by this store was discovered. By the store not following correct account procedures, the claims company denied my claim. This resulted in not having a device. I went to the store, and the assistant manager was dismissive. Went in to have photos, videos, and audio files transferred to a replacement phone. This location does not provide this service, even though Customer Service reported they did...the advice they gave me...find a computer store or maybe Best Buy could help you.
This staff on Saturday April 26th is horrible I will never come here again they cancelled my order without telling me and have the worst aditudes anywhere
