Customer service was very good
This review is for Verizon the company. I visited this store to lower my plan rate. Have been a customer over 20 years. This store could not find a way to do any better and actually proposed a higher plan cost. I left verizon for AT&T. Loyalty accounts for zero with verizon. I had 5 phones for well over 10 years at one point. I was treated worse than a new customer
Great customer experience, Brandon and 2 new staff in training. Quinten and Jake we're super helpful and efficient great store!
Best service ever
Gia was super kind and helpful! My boyfriend had a fraudulent account made in his name and she was able to help us get it closed and taken care of.
