This Verizon store is newer and it reflects that in its decor and design. The seats are terribly uncomfortable. Staff was friendly. They attempted to be helpful. I am unsure if the policies and procedures of Verizon are suspect OR if this store has it's own way of doing things. We left with information, no simple way of getting into our account, no working phone and the possibility of a significant increase in the bill, even though we expressed medical hardships.
