Your staff in the store were very helpful the second time I sat there for 2 hours, the company itself is crap. Unable to return equipment or pay my bill due to corporate garbage. Staff members unable to do their job and help me return a business internet router because I did not have a Verizon phone number and I did not know the door-to-door sales person who sold it to me. This company has fallen apart terribly
I came in today to add another line to my plan, and Julius was extremely helpful. Every time I visit this location, Julius ends up assisting me because he’s always willing to help, unlike some of the other staff who seem more focused on chatting or only interested if you’re buying a new phone for commission. At first, a different staff member was helping me, but he didn’t seem welcoming or happy to assist. I came in pretty late on a Tuesday. I didn't catch this gentleman's name but he was fantastic. Helped me out and kept me company while my phones were transferring. Made me feel super comfortable coming back for help!
I had a great customer service experience with Jack today. He not only took care of my issue, but figured out how to save me some money on my monthly payments.
