Thankfully the person helping me was fast, efficient, and professional. Extremely helpful to me in my situation. This rating is specifically for the MANAGER who all he did was check folks in, and talk to a spouse of a customer. While at an indirect store, the manager there was WORKING on folks phones’ in the front. So you can see my frustration when I make an appointment. Place is more like a hostel that houses vagabonds who wear Verizon apparel and carry tablets than a professional retail store. The manager of the store sits in the back wearing headphones like they are a DJ. They just started eating pizza in the store filled with customers. You can’t make this up.
I had a flawless transaction with Andrew. Mo and Que are always helpful as well (they are a good team together). We did a lot of upgrades and they were as helpful as anyone could ask. Thank you bayshore crew, much appreciated
Worse company to be with. They don’t care about their customers. They will hang up in your face.
