Thought we received good service, but despite saying no to a protection plan it was added to the account as was a new line! We cancelled one line and traded in another phone for a newer model, The salesperson had the nerve to add a new number to the phone traded in. We also decided to sign up for home wireless and were charged twice for the first month.
