I have been going to the Verizon Lansing Mall store for 15+ years for my business Ameri Pro Restoration. It is critical that our phones work 24/7 for our disaster client's emergencies and our responders. It is amazing that every person has been very knowledgeable and eager to help get the equipment working. Today Zoe was no exception as she set up my new S26, Tablet and watch for me. Thank you Zoe!

If I could put zero stars I would. As someone who has worked in customer service for 10+ years, the owner/ manager was very unprofessional and lacked all compassion. I understand that I was frustrated. I acknowledge to him that I was frustrated and overwhelmed. I jump through all the hoops he recommended like a pony in a circus. I was in there for over a hour. Went into the store because calling from home the off shore kept disconnecting. Once at the store ENCOUNTERED ALEX. He was the most disrespectful, unfriendly, unprofessional person I’ve met here. We asked to call customer service and he seemed like that was a problem. Gave a list of numbers and instructed us to basically figure it out.
