BEWARE!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS!! Over Labor Day weekend, I lost my phone in the ocean while running with my dog in the morning. I went to Verizon to inquire about possibly changing service carriers to get a phone faster. Dear Verizon, I would like to express my concern regarding the way customers are being treated. Unfortunately, the experience feels very transactional—staff are attentive and supportive until a sale is completed, but afterward, the level of care and service noticeably declines. This approach gives the impression that customer satisfaction is secondary once business is secured. Additionally, Verizon’s network coverage outside of major cities has been disappointing. SCAMMERS!! Will give negative review if possible. They are the new scammers of market. I got a verizon 5G wireless from verizon for my home which had no coverage. When i tried to cancel they told me its cancelled and took my equipment, but intentionally didn’t cancel it even after multiple phone calls. So that they can process return after 30 days, hence no returns. Never felt so much cheated.
