Great store! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable!
Stood in the store for 25 minutes. Did not get any acknowledgement or offer to assist at all. Employees walking around in between clients not even offering a hello or be with you shortly. Horrible customer service.
Never will I buy anything online and deal with this store NEVER AGAIN. I BOUGHT SOME HEADPHONES 2 WEEKS LATER THEY CAME OUT BAD THEY REPLACED THEM AND THEN TOLD ME MY DAY WARRANTY STARTED FRESH FROM THAT DAY. WELL LO AND BEHOLD THE NEW ONES CAME OUT BAD TOO AND I CAME BACK N THEY SAID THEY COULDNT HELP ME AND ONLY ONE EXCHANGE IS ALLOWED. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE
