Staff was rude 😒
If I could give zero I would. Placed an order for Express P/U at 530pm expecting to pick up from the box on my in to work the next morning since my current phone was broken. HOWEVER, 2pm the next day it still did not show processed. I stopped in the store and was told "oh yeah its was not completed" and person walked to counter and handed me a bag with phone in it.
