Went in for the first time to ask some questions about my phone and immediately realized why they have poor reviews. Staff was unhelpful and not knowledgeable about phones.
I have always had not so great experiences anytime I have went into the Verizon store. Today changed my outlook and opinion of the store. I had to go into the store this morning to have help with setting up a new phone. The manager his name is Drew. He is an amazing and very polite, and helpful gentleman. If you have to go into the store ask for Drew!! Verizon please know Drew is an asset to your business!
Had to switch back to Verizon from AT&T and Chelsea did everything she could to help me, more than the location in Dayton, TN did for me! If you want anything done and done right then go see Chelsea at the Verizon off of Paul Huff Pkwy in Cleveland, TN!
Phone won’t call only SOS calls. No help locally or internet. Your service is no good. The only thing you can do is mail a statement
They only carry the newest iphone. They don’t carry any older versions in store. Not even the 16, and they’re on the 17. Do not recommend. EVER. THE PHONE STORE HAS NO PHONES.
