Accidentally left this review for the wrong Verizon store the first time so here I am. Came here a couple of years ago to get new phones and in doing so got an extra line which we were told at the time would be free. Fast forward a couple of years and my wife (Who handles this particular account) noticed they had been charging us for the 3rd line all along, so she called and got that taken care of and then two months later, Verizon tries to slap us with a $600 fee for canceling a line. I’ve been a Verizon Customer for 22+ years. After upgrading to an iPhone 16 I was assured by the Verizon representative that my monthly payment would remain the same & there would be no charges incurred for the device. In turn I was to remain a customer for 36 months. My bill continued to go up every month, after numerous calls & no resolve, I attempted to switch carriers. I then received a bill for nearly $800.
