Most helpful Verizon store I've ever been to. Every rep I've dealt with is patient and always willing to help. Elliot is fantastic. He helped my partner and I extensively when we had issues porting a number from a third party carrier. He spent hours on the phone with frustrating, less than competent reps to resolve the issue. Totally went above and beyond. If you live local don't waste your time with 611 or speaking to reps on the phone.

This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Verizon store. Chelsea made sure we got the best deal possible and helped lower our monthly bill. She took great care of us, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend coming to this location. The staff here is friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Went in for the first time to ask some questions about my phone and immediately realized why they have poor reviews. Staff was unhelpful and not knowledgeable about phones.

I have always had not so great experiences anytime I have went into the Verizon store. Today changed my outlook and opinion of the store. I had to go into the store this morning to have help with setting up a new phone. The manager his name is Drew. He is an amazing and very polite, and helpful gentleman. If you have to go into the store ask for Drew!! Verizon please know Drew is an asset to your business!
