Prince was amazing! I got a faulty phone from Another store and he went above and beyond to help me replace it after I got missed communication from other sources. Thank you so much Prince! I appreciate all your hard work - give him a raise !
This is twice now that I've gone into this particular store for a phone problem & it's twice I found a CHARGE for whatever they think they did that was NOT agreed upon. Very disappointed to put it mildly. I have been a loyal customer for 20 plus years and I'm thinking of a different carrier now.
