This is twice now that I've gone into this particular store for a phone problem & it's twice I found a CHARGE for whatever they think they did that was NOT agreed upon. Very disappointed to put it mildly. I have been a loyal customer for 20 plus years and I'm thinking of a different carrier now.
Avoid at all costs!!! They lie, they steal. 3+ years with Verizon, my phone bill consistently changes with no given reason. Think you’re getting free Disney or Hulu?… nope!! My recommendation is to go with Boost, Metro, Mint…. Literally any other company but Verizon.
I received a replacement from Asurion. It was received in 2 days. I went into this corporate store to activate the device and was helped by Prince P. He was very knowledgeable and activated my new phone quickly. It was a good experience. He was very nice and professional and knew his stuff. Thanks Prince! Appreciate ya.
