I was at Verizon in Saginaw on State Street and a gentleman named Rob Smith helped me. He was absolutely amazing. The young man was friendly. He was professional. He was personable and I am the least techy person he will ever have to deal with. Yet he was so kind to me I am so grateful and Verizon you are very fortunate to have him thank you Rob. You’re amazing.

If you want good customer service stay away from Verizon. Ordered phones and new service online at night. We wanted to switch from AT&T. Did the order for pickup at the store the next morning. My debt card was charged, I submitted my license and car registration and a selfie to prove my identity. At Verizon’s insistence I ported the numbers before we picked up the phones. We get to the store about 3 because the order still wasn’t ready. Verizon’s 3rd party service can’t verify my identity. I’m literally standing in the store... read more
The young man that was supposed to help us was extremely rude of the bat.
Edited after: Called customer service multiple times, every person said they would take care of the extra charges (did not happen). Owner of store also called me and tried to search for a resolution. Not sure what was done about the employees inside, but charges stayed on my line still, and I'm paying for a second line on a phone that is broken. Tried to get the warranty to get it repaired (the same one the store SHOULD have fixed in the first place), and I requested from customer service, as well as store owner. All said th... read more
