Once upon a time one of your expert tech coaches following his advice my phone deleted all the data. I went to a Verizon store yesterday & the expert whom I made very clear I could not lose the information. Guess what. He killed my data. This store is no good.
Incompetent employees that do not stand by their sales.
I sent my Mother and Stepfather into the Verizon store on State St in Saginaw to activate a replacement phone. The worker called to verify my account to proceed. He told me I would have to come in. I went to the store and he was with another customer. I asked another worker who happened to the manager if she could help me and she said no. She had just helped another lady with a phone payment. Takes forever to get waited on. And, after waiting, they didn't have what I came in for even though they displayed it on the shelf.
I take back everything I said. The look of the store is horrible, and the most recent experience is terrible. Why would a phone company make their be no point for me to go to your store.
