Switched from T-Mobile to Verizon. Dustin C is the man. He sat with us for hours while T-Mobile have us the run around on a port number. NEVER trust T-MOBILE EVER. Thanks for everything.
These people piss around and wasted 6 hours of my time. Lost a customer before it even started. You start out like this then what will it be 6 months from now
I was at Verizon in Saginaw on State Street and a gentleman named Rob Smith helped me. He was absolutely amazing. The young man was friendly. He was professional. He was personable and I am the least techy person he will ever have to deal with. Yet he was so kind to me I am so grateful and Verizon you are very fortunate to have him thank you Rob. You’re amazing.

If you want good customer service stay away from Verizon. Ordered phones and new service online at night. We wanted to switch from AT&T. Did the order for pickup at the store the next morning. My debt card was charged, I submitted my license and car registration and a selfie to prove my identity. At Verizon’s insistence I ported the numbers before we picked up the phones. We get to the store about 3 because the order still wasn’t ready. Verizon’s 3rd party service can’t verify my identity. I’m literally standing in the store... read more
