Had a broken phone and came in store to get it swapped out. To my knowledge. I also an upgrade available as I have been a customer for 4+ years. Instead of swapping it out, they added an additional line to my account on the broken phone was a new phone number. Claimed my bill wouldn't change from what it was, and I asked 3 separate times to make sure I was not missing something.
