Met with a Day or a Dave... Anyway been with Verizon 10 plus years and my bill got up to $355 for 4 lines. so I went in to talk about getting it lower whether upgrading phone and plan or whatever. This guy really did not know much and really did not seem like he wanted to help at all. He said best he could do is get it down to $316 with upgrading 2 of my phones. UPDATE: They still suck. Many more issues have happened and the store continued to pass the blame. The store and district managers couldn’t even bother to help. They just stood there watching. Verizon is a joke all around. Stick with T-Mobile or AT&T. ———————————————————— Worked with Mack. Liam tried to tell me a promo they had was for $5 a month they will upgrade my phone. But what he wasn’t telling me is that I will now have a new line added to my account. That is miss leading and horrible sales and service. Especially for how long I have been a customer. T mobile is starting to sound better and better
