Tried to pay my bill.. sent me to Riverdale. Nope gave me a website.i was trying to pay my bill with a virtual credit card..on line..very poor service.i went xfinity cheaper too.

They have terrible customer service. I had a question about my bill and they were rude and condescending. The employee rudely said I'll check but there is nothing I can do about it, as if I was blaming him for the bill. I asked his nicely about it and got a rude response. When I went to look at the tablet to see what he was talking about he pulled it away quickly and went to the back of the store with out answering my question. I would not recommend going to this store.

Verizon is great! If you've got a business and you want to set up a business phone line and business internet, then you need to go see Abram at the Riverdale Verizon store. Super helpful, nice, courteous, and went the extra mile to help me get my business phone and internet set up and set up my business and personal phone numbers on one phone. If you've need business cell and internet, you need to ask for him by name.
