I came here twice in 2 days and both times the employees were unkind and unhelpful. Just trying to get a new phone and when I told an employee I didn’t want to upgrade or switch plans he left and didn’t come back to help us. Very unimpressed.
I have a Business Account with Verizon. I had ordered a new iPhone 17 but the order got “glitched” in the Corporate System somehow and after a couple of weeks, no progress had been made. I finally came to the Riverdale Verizon store looking for help. A gentleman named Dallan assisted me. He was able to find the trouble(s) in Verizon’s system, get all of them resolved / cleared for me, and finally, get all of the data successfully transferred to my new iPhone with the new contract (as I had requested). Mack was absolutely fantastic! She was super helpful, patient, and took the time to walk me through the entire process to make sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. Great customer service and definitely someone I’d recommend to anyone looking for help!
Dallan Larsen was absolutely so helpful and absolutely amazing if I could give him 10 stars I would very thorough and clear absolutely would work with him again!
