Let me start by saying this has nothing to do with Verizon service, they are mediocre as usual. This is about the store in riverdale directly. About 4 months ago, I took my father into the store to update his plan and devices. I helped him to remove an old data line and switch out a mobile hotspot device—the device was all paid for. After 2 hours on the phone trying to disconnect service and schedule the disconnect date for the end of the month. Yep - 2 hours, I hung up the phone and they immediately disconnected my internet. Well, so much for working the rest of the month! Immediately drove the equipment to this store to get the problem resolved and met with nothing but attitude and was told to get out of the store. We had the best experience at the Verizon store in Riverdale. We were greeted immediately when we walked in. Even though the store was super busy the day before the July 4th holiday, Mack gave us amazing customer service! She made sure to fully explain all the promotions, so we understood exactly what we signing up for. We were in the store for over an hour and Mack still made sure to greet every customer coming in the store, while still providing us with great personal care. Excellent!
