I really want to recognize Carlos for giving me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I came in with multiple pretty unique request that took a lot of time to sort out, but Carlos was nothing short of incredible! I had a very pleasant experience while at Verizon of Riverdale. I had a situation I thought for sure was going to continue to be hectic and stressful. Day the gentleman who helped me whizzed right through my issue. Day is an asset to your business and deserves praise and Kudos for his strong efforts and dedication.

Everyone that irks here is rude. I was upset after going to 2 stores, spending 1.5 HOURS on the phone to get disconnected and no call back, then this guy had the Audacity to tell me to calm down I was calm and I was not yelling, but I’ll show him. What yelling is! It shouldn’t be this hard to activate a phone! I will never use Verizon the phone you’re going back and all the devices are going back do not waste your time or your money with these people.
