In store met Mack I was very frustrated. I didn't grow up with cell phones. She was calm and cool and so eager to help me understand ??? the ease and why you don't wanna change from an iPhone to a droid(different languages). I would recommend this Verizon store. Everybody was happy and eager, and mack was great.

I do not have a cell phone through Verizon however, when I went into their location with my special needs brother, Lara (the employee who helped me) was so super patient and kind. Thank you, Lara.

Just a follow up that they took over $700 for me and started overcharging me breaching my contract and did it six months later without notice. When I went in, they wouldn’t even talk to customer service for me. They made me sit in the store and talk to them myself because they refused to help. When I left a bad review they said fill out this document and we’ll be happy to look at you just to look good. They never did anything so unless you want to get scammed out of hundreds to thousands of dollars I would suggest going some... read more

Worked with Mack. My T-Mobile bill was too high for one person and she sold me on the newest iPhone and Apple Watch that I didn’t even need with the promise of my bill being about $60 less than T-Mobile. This has since turned into a nightmare. My bill ended up being exactly what it was with T-Mobile. The store refused to help and made me call 611. Long story short, I’m currently being charged $500 because no one in the company knows what they are doing. Avoid Mack and maybe avoid this store as a whole.
