Mr Alvin took the time to clear up possible hacking problems that I experienced on my android. He is courteous he is very experienced in his field and he has customer relations qualities that are attributable to a customer satisfaction level of A+. His promotable to higher management positions due to his ability to practice common sense.
This store is the best ! Anthony went above and beyond to help us replace a phone, review our account and looked at an issue with a current phone . He was patient , explained options clearly , explained things we already had and weren’t using , and didn’t rush us . I would highly recommend using this location for your needs !
Travis Rocco and the rest of the team rock!
