I Called Verizon and spoke with Alvin, I wanted to see what kind of savings I could get if I switched to Verizon, he went over the discounts I could get so I was pleased with what I was told so I went to the store, before I got the phone I wanted to confirm everything we spoke about. Good Day, I have been with Verizon for many years, I have had the true experience coming into this specific store about 6 times now, due that I have upgraded all of my companies phones, laptops, ear plugs, protection screens and cases. Working with each Mr Spencer & Mr Alvin I have NEVER encountered SUCH EXCELLENT Service !! Each & Every time I come in, they know my name, my history all of it .
