SOS all Day. The "best phone service" apparently has ANOTHER nationwide outage. To Top it all off they overcharge on the bill and good luck getting anyone is th USA to talk to you. There is zero accountability at this mega corporation. once you give them a credit check they will have free rain to charge you for BS. The store has ZERO ability do anything but sell you junk. STAY AWAY
