Linda was such a great help to my 84 year old dad today! He called me while in the store and put her on and she took it from there. She handled things quickly and efficiently. My dad has had so many issues with his phone and had been to the store multiple times to get it fixed with no resolve. Well today, Linda resolved it by replacing it and for that I’m appreciative.
