Great service great costumer care
I have that service right now but in my house only get two bars, I think they have to improve my service
After being a loyal Verizon customer for over 15 years and using the same phone for the past 5 years, I walked into this store ready to upgrade and add a 5th line for my teenage daughter. I clearly explained what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay — nothing unreasonable. The sales associate was incredibly rude, interrupting me and accusing me of being upset when I was simply stating my expectations. Then the manager stepped in and made things even worse. This store and staff are amazing. We purchased new phones and had issued getting them on the network with an esim. Brandon store could not fix it and remote could not fix it. After going to 3 stores this store (John) was the only one that could help us. In minutes had the phone on the network. Thanks for providing great service. Verizon needs to upgrade the coverage in Plant city around this store. 5G is limited.
