Steven the GM was awesome and very attentive to my concerns when I entered the store and signed in. He paired me with Mari a sales consultant and she was excellent - she listened to my concerns and got me exactly what I needed and wanted. No sales pitch but instead just good ole quality customer service. I was able to upgrade my pixel 8 to a pixel 10 and my bill even went down and we insured all of my data transferred.
