I would recommend the Verizon store at State College Pennsylvania to anyone who was interested in their services. I had difficulty changing programs and getting enrolled in auto pay and Mara was so patient. She explains things and we were on our way. I got home and I could not make it work. We drove back to the store and were greeted immediately by her and the other gentleman working there. Jonathon did a GREAT job helping me with my new 2 new phones. He was very patient and helpful with our OLD phones and was actually delightful!
One of the store managers, Owen, was extremely helpful in sincing my new phone to my Tesla. I was so impressed. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
This was the first time I came into a store to switch my cell phone provider rather than doing it online, and it was a really positive experience. I was helped by Michael, who ensured that I was getting a better service than my previous provider. Everyone was super friendly and it was a very clean, professional environment.
Michael and Steven were amazing. They were very attendance of our needs and not just trying to sell us something actually advocated to get our bill lower and helped us get new phones. We had to leave before making a decision for dinner obligations. We went back afterwards and they stayed till after closing. Then once our phones came in the mail they helped us set everything up. Mike even put the screen protector on my phone. Above and beyond to say the least. Thank you my friends for all your help.
