I had an excellent experience at this Verizon location today. Pat, Paul, and Alex provided outstanding customer service. They were professional, friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the time and effort they took to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Wonderful service taking care of a big problem
A visit takes longer than you would expect. They know what needed to be done, but Verizon computers make it difficult, send links that don't work on one phone but do on another. Also, the bill could have been clearer about the fact we were paying off an old phone, rather than billing us for a mystery number. And they don't take checks, only cash or card. In the end everything got straightened out. If you are getting a "free" phone get insurance on it.

Edward did a terrific job working with me, figuring out what I needed to switch home internet servers. It's because of his great customer service that I switched from Xfinity to Verizon.
