Although Jonathan was rude and short with me he did fix my issue.
Nothing but a head ace anytime we need to go in there asked for the manager and the employee refused
Tony was very helpful, fixed my issue IMMEDIATELY, and had patience. Had a second issue after and this time got Owen. He was superb, enjoyed my humor, and fixed my minor issue with ease!
48 hours without a phone which I need for work, went to get help after spending over 1,500 dollars for new phones and watches and told I would need to wait another 24 hours and the store manager told me it “wasn’t his problem” and walked away. The refused to activate my old iPhone and told me there was nothing they can do. Honestly worst customer service I have ever experienced.
