Verizon has the worst service out there right now all I have is dropped calls I switched over to AT&T and I am really happy Verizon is junk we all should switch over to AT&T and put Verizon out of business

Customer service was horrible Austin waited on us he did not know what he was doing We left there And our phones were not working right So we had to come back the next day To get them working If you want a good cell phone service go with AT&T let's put Verizon out of business

A customer's experience with Verizon seems to really depend on the individual employee anymore. We got very lucky working with Javon, he's the guy to ask for when you come in. He's very kind, helpful, and willing to get answers for anything that's unclear. I hope this store continues to hire more people like him, and compensate him well enough that he sticks around.

Nikolai was a big help trying to get our account, taking care of. Somewhere along the costumer services messed up, switched account from one verizon account to another, now my mom has to wait a month to get a new phone. Most definitely go see Nikolai
