Kristen failed to properly submit the receipt from my spouse’s former wireless carrier bill months ago when we got new phones. This wireless carrier has been hounding us for the money for months because of her mistake. Customer support told us what we needed to do in store to fix the problem. I purchased a phone at a different Verizon location about four to five months ago and began experiencing issues approximately two months later.
