I purchased a phone at a different Verizon location about four to five months ago and began experiencing issues approximately two months later. I visited the store at 5380 Monroe St. in Toledo, Ohio, expecting assistance, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. The technicians did not provide any meaningful help. Employee didn’t seem knowledgeable about the products. She left to work up a quote and I’m not sure where she went but we got tired of waiting and left.
In and out pretty fast.
Jeff worked with my fiance and I, he also went out of his way to call verison customer service for an issue we were dealing with. I would recommend his wonderful customer service to anyone coming in to this location.
