I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon store. I signed in as a walk-in and waited, but no one ever called my name. I kept checking the sign-in list every few minutes, and somehow my name just disappeared. I had to go speak to someone directly before they finally re-added me. When I was finally assisted, the staff’s attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Upgraded my wife’s phone online and had to return her old phone to this store. I’ve tried stopping by 4 different times and m either ignored or told to check in. Upon checking in, there’s been between 15-20 in front of me waiting. All I’m trying to do is drop off a phone. I tried to come back one last time as soon as they opened and there were already 10 vehicles waiting for them to open up.
