Came for a new phone. Employee was very knowledgeable and did everything quickly. Clean and quiet space. Fairly quick experience.

Just terrible,I've given this place a few chances. Seems like they just care about a sale ,money than customer service. You can't be patient enough to wait till I get the information I need to switch over ,telling me to come back tomorrow as they have an appointment waiting .so..let them wait as you are helping me . Because of this I didn't return..you lost a sale and a great client .
The customer service is awful. Every time I've been forced to work with verizon as they are the only internet provider in the area, it has been a headache. I wanted to disconnect my line because I am moving to an area where they do not provide service. It took me an hour and a half to disconnect my line. I called twice and was hung up on. Started a live chat where my representative tried to sell me an exclusive upgrade to 1 gb internet three separate times between me telling them I am not interested and in fact would like to... read more
The team at the Short Pump Verizon was outstanding! I had a major issue with my phone, and they spent so much time helping me resolve it. The next day, they went above and beyond to assist my family with upgrading our plans.
