I recently went to the Verizon Store in Short Pump Va near Wegmans to find out why my Moms phone that is on our account was acting up. We were greeted and help by Charles Nixon. He was extremely professional. Not only did he help us, but he went out of his way to explain in detail in a way that my 76-year-old mother could understand what was going on with her phone what he was going to do to try to fix it and what the next steps would be just in case that fixed didn’t work. Came in to get a new phone only one within hrs. Isiah said he was going to check it was in stock spent 30 mins trying to sell me add ons on my plan then once I got to the time to pay he was like yeah actually it just got sold 2 mins ago. Sir I’ve been here 45 mins.
The worst company ever I switched over from T mobile due to billing issues like 4 months ago thinking that Verizon would be better they offered us a wonderful plan 10 lines for 10 dollars each but when I got my first bill it was $1200 we have been trying to fix the problem ever since November and I got my service suspended because of their mistake twice now they say that there a promo code that needs to be updated on our account and they can’t update for the past 2 months Calling customer service is a big problem/ hassle the... read more
I signed in and waited two hours before I finally walked out today without anyone helping me or even acknowledging me. How many bad reviews and complaints will it take for you to finally do something about it? The wait is too long and the costumer service is horrible. Please do something about it!
Went to get a new phone for a trade in; Bryan was awesome explaining everything and getting us taken care of! Really recommend Bryan!
