The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.

For a corporate store they have a serious lack of knowledge! I am concerned that I have them as a carrier. The east location is the only reason I am still with with this provider!
