Worst customer service experience at this Deming Way store. Even though I was instructed by the Verizon customer service to come here they won’t help. They didn’t even try to look up the account. They will be all over you if you have to buy phones or accessories but if you have issues with billing or anything you bought online, don’t even bother to get a resolution from this place.
Glad this store act has a place to pay your bills. Went to 2 other stores in Madison and was told they are “ cashless”
Poor customer service. Went to a different corporate Verizon store to have issue resolved. They could have helped here, but they were not interested
I have an unlocked Unihertz Titan - not a very common phone by any means, basically Blackberry design with the Android OS. I went to another Verizon store to get it activated, and to their credit they were able to get it mostly working on a prepaid plan with internet and cell service, but I nonetheless had issues with SMS and group texts. I made do for a while but was in the Middleton area and decided to give their Verizon store a shot.
