I’ve had a terrible experience. Chris was our salesman and all he cares about is making his own dollar. He set us up with plans and phones but didn’t tell us it was cheaper than AT&T because of a current promotion they have going on for trade in. I never agreed that I wanted to trade a phone in with a promotion. September 19th I came in to see if they could beat the price I was paying at AT&T.
