Tried to reactivate a mobile hot spot i have had for over 5 years . Was told it was on the "lost/stolen" list. I would need to buy another one!!!
Chris was extremely helpful with figuring out unlocking my account after security concerns led me to want to find a corporate store and verify my account and identity in person rather than online or through another 'authorized' retailer. Overall I believe they went above and beyond in assisting me to regain control of my account, and by effect the rest of my accounts that have used my phone number as my multi-factor authentication method. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Was having issues with running out of high speed data before the end of my month. Nick at Lee's Summit was extremely helpful in finding a new plan for me! Love the customer service!!
