It's a company store, so it's automatically ten times better than a verizon authorized retailer. If you don't know, you can look it up for yourself what the difference is. Don't take my word for it. They aren't exactly the most helpful upfront, you really have to stick to your goals and not let them bully you into, or out of, any legitimate issues you have.
