This is probably one of the worst Verizon stores I've been to. We've had to spend more than 5 hours with account support after the visit, and if you're a current customer - I'd recommend using their online service or going to a different store - this one isn't it. I went into the store after ordering a phone online that had a bad battery. Wouldn’t recommend. When i had verizon my phone was always stuck in SOS mode and they wouldn’t do anything about it other than say they were working on the issue. I switched to At&t and haven’t had ANY issues at all. I’ve been trying to pay my final bill with a card i got from at&t & verizon won’t let you pay it online nor in store- you HAVE to go to a corporate office. which is funny because they keep sending me my bill & want me to pay out of my personal bank account. they also are saying they’re going to try to take it st... read more
20 year Verizon Customer. Went in to buy a new phone. They told me to go to Best Buy to get a phone unless I wanted to finance it. You should be able to walk in and buy a new phone without any pushback. Ended up going to Best Buy and they were happy to sell me one.
I always have a pleasant experience when I go to this store.
Exceptional experience upgrading iPhones recently - all thanks to our associate, Wade. My wife and I had been putting this off based on a few subpar experiences at Verizon stores. However, Wade made our visit enjoyable. He listened to what we needed and guided us to exactly what we needed….including many helpful tips to save money on our plan. No pressure or ever feeling rushed - just a sincere willingness to go the extra mile. We’ll continue to work with Wade - highly recommended!
