One of the worst company's I have ever delt with NOTHING is about customer service. Moved into an apartment complex where the previous tenants moved out without canceling their cable and from what they told me took their equipment. So I've had to spend my time trying to prove we are new tenants. Meanwhile as I have explained to them over and over again I have medical equipment including a heart monitor that needs to be hooked up to internet. Waited an hour WITH big FIOS router box IN HAND in the walk-in queue, just to be told “oh, we are mobile only” fios is down the Street. When I say there and watch 2 people working with one customer.
They seem to never have enough people staffed at this location. It always takes forever for a walk in, I understand waiting, but waiting over an hour to just drop a device off after a trade in is a little crazy to me.
