Terrible experience, one of there genius William was very rude, dismissive and condescending. Was planning to switch to Verizon but now I rather go with cricket wireless.
I just want to start off that I have been a Verizon wireless customer for 18 years. A bunch of liars if they try to offer you free home Internet for a year it’s a bunch of BS. The money will automatically show up on your bill no there will not be a $25 credit that will pop up and when you call customer service they have no idea what they’re talking about and then the manager wants to try to play in my face and tell me that y’all different promotions than online.
